Can I return my order for a refund?

All of our sales are final. Please make sure you are satisfied before ordering as we do not process returns for hygienic purposes.

If the jewelry is broken upon unboxing, please send us a direct message on instagram @silverhauscollective, along with any relevant attachments. We'll get you a replacement!

Do you ship internationally?

Does your jewelry fade or rust?

No, all of our jewelry is made with 925 Sterling Silver and is safe to wear at all times.

Our jewelry is coated with rhodium, a hypoallergenic precious metal. The rhodium coating may fade with wear over time, however, 925 Silver is still considered hypoallergenic and is safe to wear.

How do I prevent my jewelry from snapping?

Excellent Question.

Since our jewelry is made with 925 Silver, this means each piece is malleable once a certain force is applied to it. We use this to our advantage in certain designs, such as our wrist cuffs and ear hooks.

HOWEVER. Please do not bend the piece repeatedly.

Our malleable wrist cuffs are meant to be permanent and not to be repeatedly bent open and closed. The ear hook should be bent to fit your ear shape ONCE.

Sterling silver is durable but will snap if it's under a lot of pressure. Keep your hands light when adjusting and your jewelry will last forever.
